Forex Foamed PVC Board (3mm)
FOREX® is a lightweight rigid foam plastic sheet with a particularly fine and homogeneous cell structure and silky matt surfaces. This is an ideal sheet for high quality long-term interior and exterior applications and can be used for all areas of visual communication and printing for high quality UV digital for POP displays and signage.
Can Forex be laminated?
Yes it can have a gloss or matte laminate to protect the print surface if required.
Is Forex suitable for outdoor signage?
No – it’s best suited for indoor applications. Harsh UV light or extreme temperatures may damage the sheet.

Please supply print quality PDF artwork

- If file needs to be scaled up please ensure it has correct proportions.
- CMYK or RGB colour space with embedded profiles.
- Resolution min 100, max 200dpi at full print size.

Knife/Profile Cutting Lines
Please use vector lines on separate Illustrator layer. Simplify overly complex (too many nodes) cut lines or additional charge may apply. Ensure cut paths have no fill, only a path and no duplicates.
Colour Matching
We have a colour managed system so most colours should reproduce close to expected. Please advise any critical Pantone colour matching requirements or supply a sample for matching. Colour matching and proofs will incur additional charges.
