Avery 1105 Vehicle Graphic Film
Avery Dennison’s MPI 1105 Easy Apply RS is a 53 micron, digitally printable, premium-quality, Supercast vinyl film designed for easy application on long term outdoor signage or fleet applications – where conformability, durability, high opacity, superior outdoor performance and clean, easy removability are required. It is a top-of-the-line cast wrap film, and is popularly used for wrapping vehicles in high-quality graphics. Combined with DOL6460 polyurethane laminate as standard this gives one of the longest lasting permanently removable wrap films on the market.
We print this film on our Epson Surecolor 60600 giving vibrant long lasting colour.
Does this vinyl need to be laminated?
Yes it does to last on the harsh environment of a vehicle exterior. We use Avery DOL 6460 urethane laminate which gives the highest protection on the market.
Is this vinyl removable?
Yes it is designed to be removable for the length of its life – 5 + years.
Can I install this on my vehicle myself?
An untrained person could apply cut out logos and decals but to wrap larger areas with compound curves and recesses we recommend a trained wrap professional.

Knife/Profile Cutting Lines
Please use vector lines on separate Illustrator layer. Simplify overly complex (too many nodes) cut lines or additional charge may apply. Ensure cut paths have no fill, only a path and no duplicates.
Colour Matching
We have a colour managed system so most colours should reproduce close to expected. Please advise any critical Pantone colour matching requirements or supply a sample for matching. Colour matching and proofs will incur additional charges.
